Time to thaw out and resurface again. Starting off on April 21st, 20.00 at S:ta Clara Bierhaus in Stockholm (Lilla Nygatan 17, Gamla Stan) Together with Allen Finney.
…relatively speaking. Have had some airplay in The Netherlands in the last couple of weeks, which is nice.
Above & Below has yet to go double-platinum, though…
Laying some “Waitsian vocals and melodious guitar” on the audience at Hijazz. This time together with Allen Finney – and with Celal Alparslan guesting again. Hijazz, Uppsala, September 14th, 2013.
Had a good time playing & singing all acoustic and un-amped at Izzy Young’s Folklore Center together with Allen Finney. Nice talking to Izzy, too.
Electricity, who needs it?
After many trials, tribulations and delays a bunch of boxes containing the new cd finally arrived at HQ a few days ago.
Sounds and looks really good! Official release date is the 3rd of May.
Efter många om och men har nya cd:n anlänt till högkvarteret. Fint ljud och ser riktigt bra ut! Släpps “officiellt” 3 maj.
Had a very nice show at Hijazz in Uppsala – a cool place to play, great sound, good people! To the right “mr Hijazz” himself, Celal Alparslan, adding some percussion magic to part of the set.

Picking on the porch…or murky kitchen stoop, actually.
New album pretty much mixed & ready. Very satisfied with the results and hoping it will be out before Christmas!

After a couple of silent – but not idle – months, it’s time to start playing out again. First out is Café Hängmattan, Stockholm on April 14th.
Recorded three new songs for my next cd (hopefully out this year) during this time, “High & Low”, “The Turning Of The Tides”, “Last Of The Hobos” and will be going back into the studio again soon. Too many songs! Selecting the ones that are to go on the album will be hell…
Efter vinterdvalan är det dags att börja spela ute igen, med början på Café Hängmattan, Stockholm, den 14 april.
Har dock inte varit overksam. Spelade in tre nya låtar (se ovan) för ett tag sen och snart är det dags för några till.
Med lite tur etc. kommer en ny cd i år…
