Spread your wings, tiny bird, one for sorrow and one for love.

A. P. Meister discovered the blues at age twelve during a B. B. King concert, a spark that shaped his lifelong journey in music. After years as a lead guitarist with Fat City Blues, he has now turned to acoustic music and his own songwriting. Blending folk, rock, blues, country and jazz, his sound is laid-back yet darkly evocative, with guitar always at its heart. His poetic lyrics, inspired by writers from Kerouac to Kafka, add depth and atmosphere to every song.
